What Sets Our Approach Apart
We believe financial clarity is a right, not a privilege. Our programmes are built around that conviction.
Malaysian Context First
Every module is built around local frameworks — EPF, SOCSO, BNM guidelines, and government support schemes relevant to Malaysian residents.
Jargon-Free Delivery
Complex financial concepts are explained in plain English. We focus on understanding, not on overwhelming participants with terminology.
Balanced Perspectives
We present frameworks and options, not directives. Participants leave equipped to make decisions aligned with their own values and circumstances.
Small, Guided Cohorts
We limit cohort sizes deliberately so each participant can ask questions, share situations, and receive attention that generic courses simply cannot offer.
No Product Pushing
Coinwise is an education provider, not a broker or advisor. We have no financial interest in the decisions you make — our focus is purely on your understanding.
Structured, Manageable Pace
Our programmes run across 3–5 weeks with scheduled sessions, allowing working adults to participate without disrupting their professional or family commitments.
Have You Checked Your EPF Statement This Year?
Most employed Malaysians have never sat down to fully understand what their EPF and SOCSO balances actually mean for their future. Coinwise programmes change that — step by step, clearly and calmly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who are these programmes designed for?
Our programmes are primarily designed for employed Malaysians who want to understand their financial position better — particularly salaried workers navigating EPF, those curious about ethical investing, or households wanting to build a clearer financial safety plan. No prior financial background is needed.
Are sessions held online or in person?
We offer both formats. In-person sessions are held at our Kuala Lumpur centre at Jalan Dang Wangi. Online cohorts are available for participants outside of KL or who prefer remote attendance. Please contact us to check the next available intake.
Will I receive a certificate upon completion?
Participants who attend all scheduled sessions receive a Certificate of Completion from Coinwise. Our programmes are educational in nature and are not accredited by regulatory bodies such as SC or BNM — we want to be transparent about that.
How are payments handled?
Fees are paid in full before the programme commences. We accept bank transfer and selected e-wallet options. Invoices are provided for participants seeking employer reimbursement under staff development claims.
What if I need to reschedule after enrolling?
We understand that life doesn't always follow a schedule. Participants may defer to the next available cohort at no additional charge, provided they notify us at least five working days in advance. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for the full deferral policy.
Does completing this programme constitute financial advice?
No. Coinwise programmes are educational in nature and do not constitute licensed financial advice. We help participants understand frameworks, structures, and options. For personal financial planning decisions, we recommend consulting a licensed financial planner registered with Securities Commission Malaysia.
