We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at our discretion. Website content is provided "as is" and may be updated or removed without notice.
4. Programme Enrolment
Enrolment in any Coinwise programme is subject to availability and confirmation by Coinwise staff. A completed enquiry or booking request does not constitute a confirmed place until you receive written confirmation from us.
- Coinwise programmes are open to adults aged 18 and above residing or working in Malaysia
- We reserve the right to decline enrolment requests without being required to state a reason
- Programme schedules, facilitators, and delivery formats may be adjusted where necessary; we will notify enrolled participants of material changes in reasonable time
- In the unlikely event that we cancel a programme before it commences, enrolled participants will receive a full refund of fees paid
5. Fees & Payment
Programme fees are as published on our website at the time of enrolment confirmation. All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
| Programme | Fee | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| EPF & Social Security Deep Dive | RM 1,300 | 3 weeks |
| Ethical & Responsible Investing Awareness | RM 3,000 | 5 weeks |
| Financial Emergency Preparedness | RM 1,700 | 4 weeks |
Payment is due as communicated in your enrolment confirmation. We accept bank transfer and other methods as notified at the time of booking. Full payment is required before the programme commencement date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation & Transfers
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our facilitators:
- 14 or more calendar days before start: Full refund of fees paid, minus any processing charges already incurred.
- 7 to 13 calendar days before start: 50% refund, or the option to transfer your place to a future cohort at no additional fee.
- Fewer than 7 calendar days before start: No refund. A transfer to a future cohort (subject to availability) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- No-show: No refund is available where a participant fails to attend without prior notice.
To cancel or request a transfer, please contact us in writing at [email protected]. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content published on the Coinwise website — including text, graphics, programme materials, handouts, and the overall design — is the intellectual property of Coinwise Sdn. Bhd. and is protected under Malaysian copyright law and applicable international conventions.
- Programme materials provided to participants are for personal educational use only and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission
- Recording of sessions (audio or video) is not permitted without explicit prior consent from Coinwise
- Personal note-taking for your own learning and professional development is welcome and encouraged
8. Participant Conduct
Coinwise programmes are learning environments where all participants deserve to feel respected and comfortable. We ask that all participants:
- Engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants, particularly when discussing sensitive financial topics
- Refrain from sharing other participants' personal financial disclosures outside of the programme context
- Arrive prepared and notify us in advance if you are unable to attend a session
Coinwise reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme — without refund — if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise incompatible with a constructive learning environment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law:
- Coinwise shall not be liable for any financial losses, investment outcomes, or other consequential damages arising from the application of content covered in our programmes
- Programme content reflects information available at the time of delivery. Laws, EPF regulations, and market conditions may change — participants should verify current information with relevant authorities
- Our total liability to any participant shall not exceed the programme fee paid by that participant
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By enrolling in a programme or submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, Malaysian law, or best practice. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or participation in programmes following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, enrolled participants will be notified by email.
